Trainerize alternatives in 2026: the white-label options compared

Last updated 8 July 2026

KyniQ is a white-label AI coaching platform for coaches who want their own branded app and keep 100% of their revenue. Against Trainerize, TrueCoach, Everfit and PT Distinction, KyniQ's difference is full white-label with a custom domain, 0% taken from client payments, EU data hosting, and AI that both drafts programs and reads client check-ins. Plans start at EUR 49 per month.

How is KyniQ different from Trainerize?

KyniQ is white-label by default and takes 0% of your client payments. On Trainerize, full app branding is a paid add-on reserved for the Studio Plus plan, and lower tiers put clients in the shared Trainerize-branded app. Both let you keep your own payment processor, but only KyniQ makes the branded, AI-run client app the standard rather than a premium extra.

Does KyniQ take a cut of client payments?

No. KyniQ takes 0% of coaching revenue on every plan, and your clients pay you through your own Stripe account. This is the clearest line between the options: TrueCoach began charging a flat 5% per transaction in January 2026, so on 10,000 EUR of monthly client payments that is 500 EUR a month that stays with you on KyniQ.

Can I use my own domain and branding?

Yes. On the Elite plan and above, KyniQ is fully white-label down to your own web domain, with no KyniQ branding anywhere the client can see. Most alternatives offer logo-and-color branding inside their own app shell and reserve deeper white-label for their most expensive tier.

Is my client data hosted in the EU?

Yes. KyniQ hosts client data in the European Union and consent-gates health data under GDPR. Several US-based alternatives transfer EU client data to the United States under standard contractual clauses, which is legal but not the same as EU residency.

Which is right for you

Trainerize is a mature, app-store-first platform with a wide feature set; the trade-off is that real white-label sits on its top tier. TrueCoach is simple and coach-friendly, but the new 5% payment fee is a real cost as you grow. Everfit is honest about gating full white-label to Enterprise and has a strong free tier for starting out. PT Distinction offers a genuine branded app-store listing and a capable AI program builder. KyniQ is the fit when you want full white-label, 0% taken from payments, EU hosting and AI on the standard plan rather than as add-ons.
