About KyniQ

Coaches deserve the tools big companies run on.

KyniQ is the AI coaching platform. Every coach on it gets their own branded client app, with their name, their colors and their programs, installed from a link. Underneath it, AI does the admin that used to eat the evenings.

KyniQ drafts training programs, reads every client check-in in seconds, builds meal plans and macros, and handles reports, CRM and Stripe invoicing. The AI drafts, the coach decides. Every program, plan and reply stays under the coach's judgment.

Why we built it

We lived in two worlds. On coaching floors we watched great coaches lose their nights to spreadsheets, message threads and five subscriptions held together with tape. In enterprise software we saw what serious operational tooling looks like. KyniQ is those two worlds in one product.

What KyniQ is

A white-label platform for fitness, nutrition, mindset and meditation, business and life coaches. Clients get the coach's app, not ours. On the Elite plan and above, KyniQ is invisible down to the domain.

How we make money

One subscription, from EUR 49 per month. KyniQ takes 0% of coaching revenue on every plan. Your clients pay you through your own Stripe account and we never touch a cent of it. No revenue share, no payment cut, no per-client fees in the fine print.

Where your data lives

Client data is hosted in the European Union and health data is consent-gated under GDPR. Everything a coach builds stays exportable, and one email deletes it. Details are in the privacy policy.
