The waitlist
- Signing up is free and creates no payment obligation for you and no delivery obligation for us.
- Early access opens in waves, in signup order. The first 200 coaches who complete a paid signup at launch receive the permanent Founding Member badge. Waitlist position secures your place in line, not the badge itself.
- We may adjust launch timing, pricing shown on this site, and feature scope before launch. What you see pre-launch is a preview, not a contractual specification.
- One signup per person; we remove duplicate or automated entries.
This website
- All content, the KyniQ name, the figure mark and the wordmark belong to KyniQ. Do not reuse them without written permission.
- The site is provided as is. We work to keep it accurate and available but give no warranty of either.
- To the extent the law allows, our liability arising from the pre-launch website and waitlist is limited to EUR 100.
Product terms
When the platform launches, using it will be governed by separate customer terms presented at signup, including a data processing agreement for the client data coaches bring onto the platform.
Law
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands.
