Last updated 8 July 2026 · applies to kyniq.ai and the KyniQ early-access waitlist
The short version: we collect the minimum needed to run the waitlist, it stays on EU servers, we never sell it, and one email deletes it.
Who we are
KyniQ operates kyniq.ai, the AI coaching platform. For anything in this policy, contact hello@kyniq.ai.
What we collect and why
- Waitlist signup: first name, email, what you coach, and, if you fill them in, how you found us and a referral name. We use these to give you early access, personalize your onboarding preset at launch, and understand where coaches hear about us. Legal basis: consent.
- Emails: we send early-access emails only. Reply "stop" or unsubscribe and they end.
- Technical basics: our hosting and security providers process IP addresses and request logs to serve the site and block abuse. Our analytics are cookieless and aggregate, there are no ad trackers and no marketing cookies, which is why there is no cookie banner.
Where it lives
Waitlist data is stored on servers in the European Union. Emails are sent from our EU-verified domain. The site is served by Vercel with DNS by Cloudflare. Each processes data on our instructions under a data processing agreement.
What we never do
We do not sell your data, rent it, or share it with advertisers, and we do not use waitlist data to train AI models.
How long we keep it
Waitlist records are kept until launch onboarding completes or you ask us to remove you, and are deleted no later than 12 months after the platform launches.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can request access, correction, export, or deletion, and withdraw consent at any time. Email hello@kyniq.ai and we handle it within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority; in the Netherlands that is the Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens.
